Last Figure Class

I'm sure going to miss this class. Maybe I'll take it again.

Rillas, Tans, and Frances

Went to the zoo with my friend and college roommate, Lauren Andrews, over the weekend and drew some primates in the rain. Gorillas in the mist, if you will.

The last set with the monkeys is a francois langur page. They have amazing luxurious mutton chops and is an obvious inspirational choice for a Dr. Suess design. The francois langur, my new favorite monkey.

Gesture class is almost over

I promise, there will be a break in the gesture/character drawing stuff. I'm sad that I'll  be doing a little less of it, but I need that portfolio nice and fat in other areas. So here's some more. Enjoy!

Character Gesture Class

I'm taking Mark McDonnell's class at the union and here's 3 classes worth of presentable drawings. Let's see if Mark can break my drawing habits and get me to put more character into my characters. Stay tuned to find out!
